My career began in 2007 as a personal trainer, where I learned the value of customer service and the importance of trust and reliability. Alongside my work as a trainer, I often helped my dad, a skilled carpenter, with maintenance tasks. Together, we fitted locks, repaired windows, replaced glass units, and handled various maintenance jobs for homeowners, landlords, and estate agents.
Expanding into Locksmith & Glazing Repairs
In 2019, I decided to specialise further and trained as a locksmith, traveling to Blackburn to learn from one of the best in the industry, Seth at Fortress Locksmith Training Centre. This training gave me the skills not just to fit locks but also to open and repair them. Shortly after, Butlers Locks & Glazing Repairs was created, providing expert locksmith and glazing services to customers across Essex. Over the past six years, the business has grown steadily, month by month, as more customers have put their trust in our expertise.
